How to Request Account Deletion

1. Send an email from the same email address associated with your Ribhi account to the address below.
2. Use the subject: Ribhi Account Deletion Request.
3. We will use the account email address to verify the request and may request additional information when necessary to verify account ownership.

Data Covered by Deletion

When an account deletion request is processed, deletion covers the account data and associated data retained by Ribhi, such as profile information, business information, and financial transactions associated with the account, unless limited retention is required or permitted for legitimate legal or security reasons.

Limited Data Retention

Limited data may be retained only where required or permitted to meet legal or security obligations or to prevent fraud. When the reason for retention no longer applies, the data is deleted in accordance with applicable requirements.

Important Note

Uninstalling the Ribhi app does not automatically delete your account. To delete your account and associated data, submit a deletion request using the method described on this page.
